To transfer music to an ipod you usually use Apple’s Itunes software. Itunes stores a music library on the users computer and can play, burn , and rip music from a CD. Itunes can also be used to upload photos, videos, games and calendars.You connect the ipod to the computer with the cable provided. The relevant software, detects the ipod so the user can drag and drop music from the computer on to the ipod. Within a few clicks in Itunes you can turn the ipod from a mere audio device to a fully functional hard drive storage device, so the user can store any document. Because of its user friendly nature, the ipod can be used by people of all generations.
